CosComme is a community where all people and individuals can come together collectively and share products pertaining to many different franchises.

To ensure the safety for our community please refrain from uploading and selling any of the prohibited items that may endanger or offend. For those that may present these items are not in the spirit of CosComme as they put the community at risk.

Of course, secondhand items are essential to this business when they are in good and clean conditions.

Those prohibited are:

• Fakes
• Used undergarments
• Items that promote or instigate hatred (ex. Anything with slurs)
• Medical items or any items with medical claims
• Pornography and mature content
• Animals and animal products
• Weapons or items that promote and glorify violence
• Recalled items
• Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs
• Hazardous materials

Bullying and harassment

CosComme does not tolerate bullying and harassment of any kind in violation of CosComme policies. Our community believes in personal dignity and utmost respect for each other, whether you are a buyer. seller, collector, vendor, cosplayer, contractor, visitor, and owner. Whether or not harm was intended, bullying and harassment-or even the perception thereof-is damaging and creates a toxic environment.

Below are some examples:
– Inappropriate comments, jokes, insults, and slurs about a community member’s age, sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, any form of physical and mental disability, sexual orientation, nationality, citizenship, or any other status protected by law.
– Written, verbal or visual conduct that is disruptive of another person’s freedom to conduct business and creates a hostile and intimidating environment.

CosComme strives for and encourages a community that supports the creative freedoms of our users and discourages activities that make our members feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Solicitations

CosComme does not allow solicitations of any kind on the site. Period. Done.

Off niche items

For now, we are quite content with the categories for buying and selling that CosComme host on the platform and will work to develop these niches in order to reach their fullest potential. Before you post and sell on CosComme, make sure that the item you sell falls squarely within the CosComme categories and niche.

Off-Platform Transactions / Transactions outside CosComme

It is a violation of CosComme rules to have any part of the transaction, or discussions pertaining to details of the negotiation, be concluded outside of our platform, otherwise known as Off-Platform Transactions. When transactions of this nature take place and payments for goods purchased are not exchanged within the platform, the parties involved assume all risk.

This practice is unacceptable because CosComme will be unable to uphold agreements and protect transactions that are not completed or concluded on our platform. Please do not share any personal information (email, phone, etc) and keep all transactions on CosComme.

Swaps and Trades

CosComme does not currently entertain or cover swaps (of goods), trades or any sort of product exchange within our scope of operations.

Used Undergarments

Used underwear is not acceptable to sell on CosComme for hygienic and health reasons unless item is brand new in a sealed package with tags.
