ShipStation is a web-based shipping service that streamlines the order fulfillment process for online retailers, handling everything from order import and batch label creation to customer communication. ShipStation is a great fit for businesses with any number of users or locations.
Kindly follow the 4 steps below to connect your CosComme Store with ShipStation :
STEP 1
The vendor / seller must sign up here first before proceed to the next steps below. You’ll need that Authentication Key from Step 2 in order to connect your store to ShipStation.
STEP 2
Login to CosComme Store Manager to obtain the required Authentication Key. You can view it via Store Manager Dashboard -> Settings -> ShipStation as shown below. The Authentication Key is the first thing you’ll see here. This is generated for you and can’t be changed here. It’s a unique key that you’ll use when connecting your store to ShipStation. Don’t forget to hit ‘SAVE’ button after configure it.

STEP 3
Select the orders with statuses you want sent to ShipStation. We recommend sending only orders that have been paid for, those being: Processing, Completed, and possibly On hold/Cancelled. Set the order status, the order should be changed once marked shipped in ShipStation. We recommend Completed as that usually means the order needs no further action.
STEP 4
Next you’ll be prompted to pick a ‘Selling Channel’ that will let you to connect to your store. Select ‘WooCommerce’ logo as shown below. You can find this also at: ShipStation Account Settings > Selling Channels > Connect a store or marketplace when you login at ShipStation website.
