CANCELLATION

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. All cancellations must be made prior to checkout. No cancellations will be accepted after checkout has been completed.
2. Orders may be canceled by Watsons due to the following reasons:
   a. Customer has failed three (3) times to receive the order via home delivery;
   b. Customer has failed to collect their order from our physical store within the five (5) day collection period;
   c. If the order has been evaluated as a potential case of fraud;
   d. Other cases when an order cannot be fulfilled.
3. In the event that JetherMart cancels an order, it shall be in full, not partially/per item.
4. Customers will be duly notified in the event that an order has been canceled.
5. For canceled orders that were paid through credit card, the refund shall be processed through credit card payment reversal following JetherMart standard processing period.
6. For canceled orders that were paid through E-Vouchers, E-Vouchers of the same amount will be re-issued to the Customer.
7. Promotional E-Vouchers and Coupon Discounts applied on the order cannot be reused for another order.

REFUNDS

You can return your item for Valid Return Reasons.

Your return can only be approved ONLY on the following reasons with video recording as proof:

1. Damaged Item Delivered
2. Expiry Products Delivered
3. The Wrong Item Delivered
4. Incorrectly Dispensed Items

Your item can be returned within 15 calendar days after you receive your order. Any problems faced after fifteen days will not be accepted under our Return Policy.

You may return the item if it is a Damaged, Expired Product, Wrong Item Delivered, and Incorrectly Dispensed. Once the proof of delivery has been signed, you may not return the item under Change of Mind.

We inspire you to check and inspect the delivery parcel upon delivery so that the courier could facilitate the return or exchange of order if there is an irregular distribution.

All refund requests can be requested here but take note that we only provide a refund to return an item or replacement according to the applicable procedures and customer demands.

All returned items must be in the right conditions and ruled to verify by our Store Manager.
